Overseas Executives Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all users who agree and accept all our terms and conditions while online and offline for every component of the website www.overseasexecutives.com. If you feel that these terms and conditions are not acceptable and you do not agree to such conditions, please do not pursue the use of our services and terminate your membership at once.

A. Introduction
1. The Overseas Executives operates an online advertising service allowing executives to search for employment opportunities. By accessing our services, Overseas Executives manages the contents provided by executives for the purpose of employment or advertising while providing one or more of the following features such as hosting, emailing, promoting, advertising, posting, connecting, accessing or distributing. All parties are responsible to the wording and style of their content while Overseas Executives provides publicity to such ads without displaying any offensive, harmful or illegal acts to any individual or community.
2. Our rights are proprietary. All members shall not copy, replicate, reproduce, resell, share, transfer, use similar idea, remove any links or materials from the site, abuse, use or misuse our features, assign, modify or distribute commercially any of our materials or idea to anyone without the written consent from the Overseas Executives team. In the meantime, your information may be shared with others for the purpose of registered intentions only.
3. The use of services is strictly for members that comply and accept our terms and conditions to search for employment opportunities and other related services such as advertisements and registered members shall provide and store safe materials that shall not violate any local or international laws.
4. If detected that any member or web user attempts to cause any disturbance to our services, Overseas Executives shall have the right to revoke the membership immediately and prohibit the user from entering the website environment.
5. Overseas Executives shall provide services with market competitive fees that fluctuate depending on market pricing conditions and our fees shall be modified accordingly without prior notification to any member or user. Website maintenance occurs routinely without any prior notifications.
6. Members registrations is valid for up to one year and employers shall commit to the terms and conditions of the subcontract depending on requirements, terms and conditions, acceptance and space availabilities.

B. Member Responsibilities as follow:
1. All necessary tools required to access our website from configurations to browsing.
2. Any update or modification to member data, accuracies or materials shall be provided in email format to Overseas Executive. Implementation time shall take up to one work week.
3. Payments must be provided in full allowing 48 hours for payment settlement.
4. Suspicious breach of member's security shall be notified to Overseas Executives immediately.
5. Membership termination if found of false identity or information.
6. It is against the law to upload any materials that violate the rights of others. Members shall not post or send threats or racist remarks. Members shall not harass, stalk, harm, misrepresent, hack into the site, damage the site's reputation, create excessive traffic, deliver viruses or forward chain letters, surveys, contests, or discourage users from using and enjoying the site.
7. The member shall be responsible for all proper documents related to employment or advertising activities.

C. Securities
1. Overseas Executives shall comply with authorities and law enforcement agencies for any foul play or unlawful activities related to network securities.
2. The member’s ID registration shall be identified by the member’s email address only. Passwords should not be disclosed to anyone. If the member does not notify the Overseas Executive team of stolen / missing passwords, the member will be considered the sole responsible individual of breaching the terms and conditions.
3. It is the Overseas Executive team’s responsibility to inform members to refrain from using their corporate email addresses in their registrations. Members are encouraged to use their private and personal email ID.
4. In cases where the member forgets the logon ID and password, the member needs to register again with the new updated information.

D. Website Instructions:
1. The website is designed to be user-friendly and targets the population that has previously used computers and navigated through websites.
2. The website is designed in English and is a self driven menu.
3. Registered Candidates can only send inquires to the Overseas Executives administration. Feedback may take up to one work week in cases of overwhelming inquires.
